The biggest, greatest and oldest Aashiq e Rasool s.a.w ; I know on this earth is no one else but ALLAH ALMIGHTY. And I believe that He is the only one who cannot leave the enemies of his Holy Prophet s.a.w.
The clear example in the Holy Quran for the Abu Lahab, uncle of Holy Prophet s.a.w, cursed by ALLAH ALMIGHTY Himself. And in Surah e Kausar, whe He tells his Prophet that he won't leave His Prophet's enemies.

Although America faces the storms n yearly basis but this time it is being more horrible than previous ones. specially the monetary loss is exceeding billions of dollar , while considering the fact that American economy is based on trillions of loans and how would their citizens overcome the issue ALLAH knows well... One of the largest business hub of the world New York is 50% shut down.. Offices, Stock Exchange and other assets are experiencing the losses on daily basis,, but still they don't consider this storm as "AZAB E ELAHI" because of their deeds

Definitely they should beg apologies on disrespecting our Holy Prophet s.a.w but they named it as freedom of expression. Now ALLAH Almighty is showing them that the are not free to live in their homes although they have 100% freedom.. May ALLAH bless them with "HIDAYAH".

The Sacrifice and Eid

Allah the Almighty told us of Abraham's affliction with his beloved son:

"And he said after his rescue from the fire:
'Verily! I am going to my Lord. He will guide me! My Lord! Grant me (offspring) from the
righteous." SO We gave him the glad tidings of a forbearing boy. And when he (his son) was old
enough to walk with him, he said: "O my son! I have seen in a dream that I am slaughtering you
(offer you in sacrifice to Allah), so look what do you think!Ý" "O my father! Do that which you
are commanded InshAllah (if Allah wills), you shall find me of the patient."

Then when they had both submitted themselves to the Will of Allah and he had laid him
prostrate on his forehead (or on the side of his forehead for slaughtering); and We called out to
him: "O Abraham! You have fulfilled the dream (vision!" Verily! Thus do Wereward those who
perform good deeds, totally for Allah's sake only. Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial and We
ransomed him with a great sacrifice (a ram;) and We left for him ( a goodly remembrance)
among generations (to come) in later times. "Salamun (peace) be upon Abraham!" Thus indeed
do We reward the Muhsineen (good doers). Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. (Ch
37:99-111 Quran)

And muslims are rewarded an EID on which they should sacrifice in the name of ALLAH remembering the sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim ( A.S) and Hazrat Ismail (A.S).

 مردہ پرست قوم

We are the scientists, theorist, strategists and we are all that what we are not... Taking Malala's issue aside we can see the photos of CHACHA PAKISTANI of wahga border on social media....

He died in what conditions nobody knows, he got proper food; we are not concerned... He had his own house and earnings... hell with it..... But figers are pointing towards YASH  CHOPRA.... comparison is being made with the person who belongs to an elite class,  who brought out the movies having 1000s of poor CHACHA PAKISTANIS caste in them....

Media , Media, Media..... whatever media do is wrong but everyone has more than 1 TV sets at their home... We used to watch every news just to make another conspiracy theory against media, against Pakistan... Seems like whole world will bows to our thoughts. We don't even bother to ask our legends, our heroes and claim that media is responsible ? Why ?

Lehri died, who cares,  Sikander Sanam is hospitalized fighting for his life ( our comments:  peeta hoga sala)  but when India rewarded their personalities, their legends we start shouting and start comparing people with even the rubbish things.... Hundreds of CHACHA PAKISTANIS are there but because he died at the day when Yash chopra died we became mad and started comparison... WHY ???  where were we when he was ill, or he had some issues in his life... where were we when he was proving to be a patriotic  PAKISTANI in his  life? after the death he becomes our HERO..... We are nothing but a  مردہ پرست قوم ...!

Malala Yousuf Zai

Some children are extra ordinary and God Gifted by birth. She is one of them. The efforts she made for the peace in different areas of KPK can never be forgotten. Education; her aim, Peace; her vision and struggle; her mission. She was shot in target killing activity. May ALLAH Almighty bless her with good health and life.

Again a cruel deed by Taliban. Unfortunately social media activists are trying to favour them although Talibans have already accepted that this attack was a deliberate effort made by them. Surprisingly she became a victim of Target Killing, not suicide attack. So here comes a fact that there can be Talibans behind target killing activities going on in Karachi, Lahore and different areas of Pakistan.

If such activities continues to proceed then how can we expect our country's economy to be sustained. When the leaders of peace are being targeted then how can a nation produce peaceful leaders? Baluchistan  KPK and Sindh; hundreds of people are being killed on daily basis. And what we usually do, blaming political parties. Why cant our army control such deeds? why cant drones be stopped? Answer is
only one that we are not one....!

I never saw a social media campaign for Malala before she was shot although she has been doing great activities for more than 3 years. Why we only remembers people when they are gone or going away? Simple ,we need to improve ourselves, we have to become a nation. Please awake before the time we become a HISTORY.

Maslak of Quaid e Azam and Altaf Hussain

I have gone through many posts and comments in which Ahl-e-Tashii are claimed to be MINORITIES… One statement of Altaf Hussain about Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was so much publicized and criticized that perhaps he has asked for the property share in Jinnah’s Pakistan. As usual this is the enmity of MQM which is being publicized negatively because Altaf Hussain is one of those politicians who used to condemn such activities openly on media. It is to remind everyone that for no reason this statement is given a negative aspect. Altaf Hussain clearly condemns the murder of Maulana Aslam Shekhu puri, Mufti Sarfaraz Naeemi, Yousuf Ludhianvi Shaeed and many Sunni scholors but his ONE statement in favor of SHIAs is offending people. Please find the links below:

Mufti Shamzai's shadat , mufti-abdus-samad-soomro

It was the incident of Asia Bibi, Mukhtara Mai, Aisha Aalmani or any other lady who suffered due to any reason Or it was the cruelties being faced by Christians, Sikhs, hindus and Even Qadiyanis ( declared as non-muslims in Pakistan's constitution),  MQM always took stand against cruel activities, terrorist attacks, ethnic or religious attacks. As far as Ahl-e-Tashiis are concerned they are not at all MINORITIES in Pakistan as they are Muslims according to the Pakistani law (anybody accepts or not).

There has been a brutal killing of Ahl-e-Tashiis going for many years. Why can’t a Pakistani see the statement in a positive context irrespective of religious views? Even If Quaid e Azam was a converted Muslim but he has been a SHIA for so many years since belonging to a Shia family… I Don’t know why can’t be a Muslim and a PAKISTANI. Every sect claims another sect of Islam KAFIR. Thousands of videos are uploaded on YouTube, so according to them who is the MUSLIM left in Pakistan?

Why Only Quaid-e-Azam ? whose Maslak is still ambiguous. and many people says that he was the MUSLIM only as there are many different proofs available but we forgets that ahle tashiis are also MUSLIMS. Why do we forgets the efforts of Agha Khan in Pakstan, why do we always forget that when Indian government didnot release a single money it was M. Ali Habib who gave blank check to Quaid e Azam…. Please people come out of the misconceptions, conspiracies .. Just think as a Pakistani... if a single Pakistani is killed then it is the responsibility of the state to take action and responsibility of every politician/leader to give at least a single statement condemning the act.

Feasibility analysis of projects (FYP)

Whenever a project is started it requires a lot of work initially done before starting it..Which includes FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS....... Project feasibility is the most important thing which guides the whole project till its end.   But students are not very much focused to do so. They usually neglect this area and their major focus usually is technology....

The most important part of any projects's Feasibility is the Cost-Benefit Analysis. Final year students should learn to prepare a project feasibility report before starting any project. If any of them would prepare it then only tangible benefits and tangible cost is take under consideration. Most of them doesn't count the number of hours each person gave to the project. other intangible cost factors like the brain storming, technology and other things learning etc.

Similarly intangible benefits, like awards, certificates and recognition are all intangible benefits, while monetary rewards...reselling the product and earning cash...OR earning the GRADE are direct revenues and tangible benefits which a developer or his group earn... So before you start any project, always think about the number of hours given to that project and the benefits you can extract through such efforts...The more the benefits are the successful the project would be.

Information Technology Exhibition & Competition 2012 (ITEC)

One day i was receiving hell of messages on facebook...the chat with full of spirit, enthusiasm, anger and emotions were going on... Who would be the president of ITEC (Information Technology Exhibition & Competition)? And i was laughing at them, if they 're curious about POSTs then how would they be able to organize a massive event..? all things get decided later and then the working got started... struggles were there , spirit was there and last but not the least a vision was there...

The day i got the invitation, still was confused (would it be happened or... :/ ) as previous experiences were not much good. But my juniors made it done. they proved that they can do as good as it was done earlier. Despite of the management chaos, university pressure, faculty SUPER-VISION and other issues ITEC was organized and very well organized. Sponsors like Mazik , ASUS, Frontal Labs ( with innovative products) and others who were there made it fabulous.I was asked to judge the software project exhibitions...To mark the Projects average ones would be the injustice with some of them.

Projects/Ideas were awesome but again the lacking thing was business perspective. The vision of IT students has restricted and confined to the Learning (so called) and Jobs. Very few of them have business logics with them although every idea/project was fantastic but people are not aware of the market value of it. I must say that some marketing corses should also be included in BCIT/ Software engineering course.

Impressive ideas/projects like cell phone image processing ( OCR ) were there to search the text from books, hoardings, bill boards, signs but students were giving demostration about TECHNOLOGY only... A Female group displayed a project having purchase guide solution with "no male" in their group and very much confident about their skills but how would they get rates from markets/shop-keepers? they were speechless on this question. The most surprising thing was the 2nd year students who were technically more sound than final year ones and their projects were based on very good ideas having business perspective too. Small level mentoring can lead them to their own enterprises thill than they will pass out from NED.

Finally over all perception was good. some of the things were shocking. Match Making Idea (initiated by us at our time) has toltally been changed and seems uselessly placed over there, as the team was not serious in this regard. Other than sponsors, invitations were not sent to the other companies in time. But over all the event was good, and the response from students were also good. Very much hopeful that the cause is getting more strengthen by the new blood. May ALLAH bless...!

IMC and not 360 is the Way Forward for Marketing Companies

The blog is based on the research and findings corresponding to the recent industry trends and the changing behaviors of the marketers. The idea of integration is not as much new. It was initially been practicing in Japan and some other countries. US and other countries later adapted the IMC techniques and the trend is increasing day by day.

Conventional marketing practices like 4Ps and 360 degree marketing are now being changed. The major reason is the increasing efficiency and affectivity of the brand communication to masses.

IMC involves more than assuring that all communication is seamless in tone and approach, though. It is precise. It is based on a strategic planning process that begins with a thorough knowledge of customers and their needs. Marketing communications has evolved from a "push" mode of communication, traditionally using advertising to simply sell products. In this day and age, selling isn't enough! Emphasis has to be placed on carefully crafted messages to narrate brand attributes, enticing people to not only like a brand, but to fall in love with it. Thus, creating a brand culture, where products or services become a part of everyday life for users.

360 Degree Branding is critical in today’s marketplace. More channels today, more noise, more competition between products, more products crossing borders, more competitors coming out of more places. Add to that, there is less sustainable differentiation between products. Brands are the only sustainable difference – that is why they are so invaluable, and every client is riveted.

Why Barbie failed in China?

Mattel opened a $30 million, six-story flagship Barbie store in Shanghai with great fanfare. With its retail a sale growing by 15% in China in 2009 Mattel was right to look there for revenue growth for its Barbie brand. It targeted the right age and socioeconomic group. Middle-class Chinese women between the ages of 24 and 32 are especially optimistic. Their incomes kept rising to where they now account for about half of all household income, up from 20% in the 1950s.

Chinese women tend to like cutesy, girlish pink clothes (think Hello Kitty), not the sexy and skimpy kind Fields designed. Odd as it sounds, Snoopy-branded clothes, cartoon logos and all are hot sellers for women entering the white-collar workforce. So far sales at the Barbie store have been disappointing. The product positioning and style just aren't what Chinese women want. The pricing hasn't fit the market too.  it is a different story, the dolls from Japan or korea which are lovely, cute, baby look, are more welcomed, that's something with the taste of toys. in that case, barbie doll has not the biggest market share.

All is not lost for Barbie in China, however. Young girls still clamor for those dolls and other products. Barbie has a fine future in China, but if she wants to make the most of it, she will need to rethink what Chinese girls and young women want, as well as how they shop. While looking at the ads of the Barbie doll http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytq0Ed_5FJk they have tried to put the cultural essence as well as the feelings of the children and parents’ love but somehow they failed to reshape the doll for China. Chinese women are not as taller as Barbie looks and its shape makes the parent offended to put before the children.

Google Failure in China

With 384 million Internet users, China accounts for over one-fifth of the 1.73 billion people around the world that take to the web. A few can blame Google for having nothing less than global domination in its mind, when it entered the Chinese market.

One of the big reasons of Google failure in China was its biggest USP i.e. Search Engine. How ? It is very simple to understand that Chinese language has thousands of characters in it and there would be hundreds of words to express any statement. Because of this, Chinese people don’t like to type anything and then search instead they prefer the navigational searches and links hence the reason why most Chinese portals consist of hundreds of colorful links competing for attention.. And Google was unable to provide such interface to Chinese people. If you see the google’s page for China i.e. http://www.google.com.cn, you’ll find an almost identical search box to the one you’d find on Google’s U.S. page, which poses a big problem considering that it doesn’t fit Chinese characters very well.

Even if Google actually did take the time to study up on the market it wanted so badly, the American corporation wouldn’t be able to understand its audience in the same way Chinese firms like Baidu do. In the battle for global domination of the Internet, Google will just have to settle for everything else… because it can’t win this war. This shows the communication strategy of Google failed in China. Now Google has moved it searches from China to Hong Kong. And this is only because it was failed compliance with the Chinese target market as well as the obligations of government which it couldn’t follow particularly in restricting the searches.

Secondly if you see the ads of the google in china like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEx22Nip4cU you would get it that it only highlights the features that google is providing to the people but how these features are useful it was failed to communicate this. Google should portray the culture of China as it is the main essence in Chinese campaigns and should portray the usage for Chinese people.

Success Stories of Chinese Brands for Teens/Tweens

Skittles
Wrigley China is the largest confectionery company as well as the largest chewing gum manufacturer in China. Wrigley Confectionery (China) Limited and Wrigley Confectionery (Shanghai) Limited are 2 legal entities wholly owned by the Wrigley Company, registered in China in 1989 and 2001 respectively. Currently, Wrigley has 3 factories in China. Skittles is one of the most popular brands in china owned by the Wrigley.

Target Market: 13- 17, Gender Agnostic Teens, Who frequently consume macro snacks

The Skittles campaign depicts a world of unpredictable experiences, giving familiar and mundane situations a twist. The television commercial features a naughty boy on the bus, making fun of a girl by messing with her long pigtail. Yet, the pigtail comes alive and teaches the boy a lesson with its skillful kung-fu moves.
In addition to the TVC, the Skittles campaign is supported with activation launched on 'Singles Day', a Chinese pop culture holiday on November 11 that is celebrated by those who are still living the single life.

NIKE
China’s athletes are full of ambition. They challenge themselves and always seek out inspirations to make themselves better athletes. Over the years, Nike has launched a number of campaigns, special products and athlete tours in China that provide personal interaction and introduce unique innovation for consumers. From recently executing the Nike Human Race to the Manchester United tour, Nike is focused on providing consumers with authentic and inspirational experiences through sport.

For instance, in basketball NIKE completed athlete tours with top Nike players such as LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and the Jordan Brand’s Chris Paul. LeBron, Kobe and Chris all traveled to China in the summer of 2009 on separate tours to meet with fans, participate in youth clinics and act as ambassadors for the game of basketball. Nike athletes inspire youth

Nike swung into action even before most Chinese knew they had a new hero. The moment hurdler Liu Xiang became the country's first Olympic medalist in a short-distance speed event--he claimed the gold with a new Olympic record in the 110-m hurdles on Aug. 28--Nike launched a television advertisement http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kUPHg-47ks Furthermore In China showing Liu destroying the field and superimposed a series of questions designed to set nationalistic teeth on edge. "Asians lack muscle?" asked one. "Asians lack the will to win?" Then came the kicker, as Liu raised his arms above the trademark Swoosh on his shoulder: "Stereotypes are made to be broken." It was an instant success. "Nike understands why Chinese are proud," says Li Yao, a weekend player at Swoosh-bedecked basketball courts near Beijing's Tiananmen Square.

Retail is a key focus for Nike in connecting with consumers, both online and in store. In China, Nike is taking the retail experience to the next level, delivering customization and more information. Nike Beijing and Nike Shanghai provide consumers with premier retail destinations featuring some of our most innovative performance product. These locations provide a destination with interactive programming and professional insight that will meet their needs while advancing their training regimen. Both of Nike’s stores in Beijing and Shanghai make a strong brand statement with a world-class shopping experience.
